How the quote tool works
The website securely stores the quote information you submit so Safe Touch can respond. It also prepares a copy for you to send through your own text-message or email application.
How information is used
Information you send is used to answer your request, prepare or discuss an estimate, schedule and provide services, maintain ordinary business records, and respond to customer-service needs. Safe Touch does not sell your personal information or enroll you in marketing through this form.
Other providers
Your mobile carrier, email provider, mapping provider, or linked review platform may process information under its own privacy policy when you use those services. The website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and interactions such as quote, call, text, email, and review-link clicks. Safe Touch does not send quote details, names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or project notes to Google Analytics. Google may process device, browser, approximate-location, and usage information under its own privacy terms. The website does not load advertising pixels or third-party quote-form processors.
Retention and choices
Messages and job records may be kept as reasonably needed for customer service, business administration, legal, tax, or safety purposes. You may ask about your information by contacting Safe Touch.

Quote requests and customer records
When you submit the quote form, Safe Touch stores the contact details, location, requested services, project notes, consent choice, and submission time you provide so Chuck can respond to your request.
Payment and customer records
When you use the payment center, Safe Touch stores the contact details, service address, invoice or job number, amount, selected payment method, consent choices, and submission time that you provide. The site does not collect your bank login, bank account number, debit-card number, or credit-card number. Venmo and your financial institution process payments under their own privacy terms. Payment records are restricted to the Safe Touch owner and may be exported for customer-service and bookkeeping purposes.
